Job Duties: Convert hand-drawn process-flow diagrams into line-drawings using AutoCAD 2000i.

Compensation: $11.00 to $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualified Contractor must have a few years of AutoCAD experience, plus an understanding of piping and process-engineering.

Our client has an immediate opening for a qualified Program Manager who plans, organizes, and manages an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit while meeting marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This is a direct-hire position. Full benefits are available and relocation would be considered for the right candidate.

Job Duties: Leads product teams and collaborates with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions. Developing marketing and financial plans to obtain the objectives of the firm. Performs competitive analysis with key competitors and identifies partnering opportunities. Establishes dealer networks and creates and manages alliances with manufacturers. Maintains communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information for product line. Provides customer point of contact at all times within the organization, and work when required with sales and staff teams in preparing and giving presentations. Assures responsibility for quality, on time delivery and cost objectives. Actively participates in the attainment of these goals, providing direction to team-members where required to ensure success of programs within the confines and constraints of the overall organization.

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full benefits are available and relocation would be considered for the right candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: APICS Certified, Good use of MRP (Materials Resource Planning), and know Vantage Manufacturing software and the following Vantage Modules: Sales, Quote and Order Management. Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Able to quote work packages based on blue prints. Ability to understand and interpret contractual requirements, ensure compliance to and flow down of data requirements. Good negotiation skills are required. Ability to apply mathematical concepts in the resolution of cost, quality and test evaluations as well as understand and determine the applicability of variance analysis, correlation techniques and sampling theory as it applies to the program. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Spreadsheets, E-mail, Inventory Management, Manufacturing software, Database software, Contact Management. Display a strong commitment to business ethics. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the program/project.

Our client is hiring a good Buyer/Planner to join their team full-time. As the Planner/Buyer you will coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies for the organization. You will report to the Materials Manager, and work on a cross-functional team.

Job Duties: Coordinate all activities related to procurement of a commodity beginning with intent to purchase through delivery. Analyze the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity is needed. Solicit and evaluate proposals for the requested commodity. Investigate and/or interview potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements. Advise team members or management on the appropriate supplier to be used. Negotiate the lowest possible cost for the commodity balanced against the optimum quality and schedule needs. Implement purchase contracts that comply with company and government regulations. Assure that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company. Maintain timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other documents to assure accurate retention of records.
Coordinate appropriate methods needed to distribute commodity in a cost effective manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Intelligent problem solver with strong analytic skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to think clearly, creatively, and independently. Must be proactive, willing to tackle new and challenging problems, able to work independently, learn very quickly and be self-motivated. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Superior knowledge of good programming practices and object-oriented design. Experience developing products using Java, HTML/XML/SGML, and SQL. Experience with information retrieval, machine learning, and/or natural language processing algorithms preferred. Demonstrated record of team work and responsibility. Excellent command of the English language and interpersonal skills for both written and verbal communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with agile development methodologies preferred.
